Sagacious words

Poetry is a deal of joy and pain and wonder, with a dash of the dictionary. ~ Khalil Gibran

Much So Much

In the amalgamation of being
the stalwarts of understanding-
know the epitome of all delusion

Being much so much of nothing
but demanding to be something -
is a quest and purpose of living

Suffocating in some rotten debris
and walking tall on broken glass-
is a laughter through death pangs

And a new destination beckons
to the antagonists and pacifists-
of bloodied hearts so very broken

As destroyers and creationists alike
follow innate instinct to become-
the purposeful ones in a new world.
